By accessing or using mavenup.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site.

2. Services

MavenUp Creatives LLC ("MavenUp", "we", "us") provides custom software development, AI automation, web and mobile development, CRM/ERP solutions, digital marketing, and related services. The terms of any specific engagement are governed by a separate project agreement or statement of work signed between MavenUp and the client.

3. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its servers
  • Transmit spam, malware, or any disruptive code
  • Scrape or copy content without written permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, case study content, and code — is the property of MavenUp Creatives LLC and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

Work product delivered to clients under a signed project agreement is governed by the IP terms in that agreement. Unless otherwise specified, clients own the custom deliverables we build for them.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MavenUp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information on the Site. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MavenUp Creatives LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site is limited to $100 USD.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. MavenUp does not endorse or control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where MavenUp Creatives LLC is registered.
